1. Who you are buying from
This store is operated by Stratos Bio Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in
the United States, trading as Stratos Instruments, of West State Street, Garden City, Idaho 83714. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our”
mean Stratos Bio Labs LLC. Contact: support@stratosgoods.store.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation,
not when you place the order or receive an order acknowledgement. We may decline an order — for
example where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, or where we cannot complete
address or payment verification — and if we do, we refund any amount taken in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in United States dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which
are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the card
networks shown in the footer of this site. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you
before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery times given on the Shipping page are estimates, not
guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received
payment in full.
5. Calibration figures
The figures printed on an instrument’s calibration card describe that instrument at the stated
date and conditions. They are a record of a measurement, not a guarantee of performance under
different conditions. Accuracy statements in product descriptions are typical values over the
stated range unless expressly described as guaranteed limits.
6. Intended use
Our instruments are sold for general observational, educational and hobbyist use. They are not
certified for aviation, marine navigation as a primary reference, legal metrology, or any
application where a reading is relied upon for safety of life. Do not use them for those purposes.
7. Returns and warranty
Your return rights and the two-year warranty are set out in full on the
Returns & Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection
with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for
indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on a reading taken
from an instrument. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Acceptable use of this site
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, interfere with its operation,
or extract its content by automated means for commercial purposes. Site content, product
photography and text are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, and the courts of
that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of
residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when
you placed it. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page.
